Die ITSRS-159 ist eine lebensgroße weibliche Liebespuppe aus der Super Realistic Series (SRS) von Irontech Doll. Die Körpergröße beträgt ca. 159 cm (mit Kopf) und das Gewicht liegt bei etwa 33,7 kg (ohne Kopf; Herstellerangaben).

Diese Puppe besteht aus Silikon.

Körpermaße: 82 cm (Brüste) / 58 cm (Taille) / 94 cm (Hüften) / 59 cm (Unterbrustumfang) / 30 cm (Schulterbreite) / 52 cm (Oberschenkel) / 34 cm (Wadenumfang) / 49 cm (Armlänge) / 92 cm (Beinlänge) / 21,5 cm (Fußlänge).

Viele Eigenschaften dieses Körperstils lassen sich individuell anpassen; beispielsweise ist die Haut-, Augen-, und Haarfarbe konfigurierbar, ganz ähnlich wie bei Liebespuppen aus TPE.

Die ITSRS-159 wurde im Januar 2024 vorgestellt.
